Duties & Responsibilities
• To gather, create and support the delivery of content for internal and external communication in collaboration with different departments.
• To ensure all releases promote the priorities, key messages.
• To assist with the development of messaging guide/library.
• To support the production of appropriate marketing materials, ads and publications to reflect the schools identity, and provide information to prospective students and parents.
o Create and develop school collateral/visuals for all school external and internal communications, including prospectuses, posters, prints, stationery, business cards and other online and offline marketing material.
o Develop, update and manage school digital vehicles (including school website, Wechat communications, newsletters and other social media) .
• To undertake any reasonable request made by the line manager that ensures consistent delivery of service to the Company.
Skills and Experience Required:
• Bachelor degree or above.
• Excellent copywriting skill in Chinese. Good English communications skills.
• At least two years of experience in Public Affairs, Marketing, Communications or related field within a bilingual environment.
Previous experience with higher education sector or in an academic setting is preferred.
• Demonstrable understanding of international education issues.
• Good verbal and writing skills in both Chinese and English.
• A collaborative and flexible style, with a strong service mentality.
• Good technical skills with a strong proficiency and proficient in managing social media platforms, electronic communications and website design.
