Responsibilities:
Follow up ordering, delivery, payment, return & exchange;
Daily handling all problems from business support & customer compliance issues;
Organizes and analyzes reports, feedback operation deficiencies timely and gives solutions for improvement;
Assist line manager to ensure that all process and targets are achieved on time
Requirement:
1-2 years related working experience in customer service and sales support;
good communication and problem solving skill;
patient, detailed orientated and be able to handle multi-tasks;
good computer MS skill.
