岗位职责:
1.协助参与估值测算(包括住宅和商业地产,如写字楼、零售、工业、酒店等多种物业业态);
2.负责北中华区及其他城市委估物业的现场勘查;
3.收集市场数据,完成市场调研;
4.撰写评估报告和资格证书;
5.协助维持、更新数据库;
6.开拓新客户,维护现有客户关系;
7.其他领导交代事宜。
Responsibilities:
1.Assist and participate in valuation assignments (including both residential and commercial properties, i.e. office, retail, industrial, hotel, etc.);
2.Conduct site inspections in North China and other cities if needed;
3.Collect data and conduct market study and research;
4.Draft valuation reports and certificates;
5.Assist the managers in maintaining and updating the database;
6.Develop and maintain the relationship with existing and potential clients;
7.Other tasks ad hoc.
任职要求:
1.本科及以上学历,优先房地产、经济、金融相关专业,优先海外学习背景;
2.熟悉金融工具模型(如DCF)优先;
3.熟练的中英文水平读写水平;
4.灵活运用WORD\EXCEL\PPT;
5.具备优秀的沟通、展示能力。
Requirements:
1.Bachelor or Master Degree (degree in Real Estate, Economics or Finance is highly preferred), with abroad backgroud is prefferred;
2.Knowledge of financial models, such as DCF, will be a plus;
3.Proficiency in both oral and written English and Mandarin;
4.Excellent computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
5.Strong communication and presentation skills.
