岗位职责：
1.撰写项目建议书、报告；
2.协助团队完成市场调查及项目需求的市场定位；
3.其他领导交代事宜。
Responsibilities:
1.Drafting and writing up of proposals and reports;
2.Together with the team, market research and analysis for the market positioning for the project;
3.Other jobs that are assignment by the AD/D.
岗位要求：
1.本科及以上学历，地产、建筑、设计、金融相关专业优先；
2.流利的英文听说读写能力；
3.具备基本办公室软件操作能力，优秀的PPT制作能力；
4.具备基本商业地产市场知识；
5.良好的沟通能力、人际交往能力。
Requirements:
1.Bachelor or Master Degree, degree in Real Estate, Architecture, Design or Finance is preferred;
2.Proficiency in both oral and written English and Mandarin;
3.Basic IT skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet), outstanding skill on Power Point;
4.Basic commercial RE market knowledge;
5.Good communication and interpersonal skills.
