2、独立完成房地产估价报告；
3、与客户保持良好沟通，及时回复客户房产口头估值；

2. Complete the property valuation report independently.

职位要求：
1、1年以上房地产评估工作经验，优秀应届生亦可；
2、了解房地产行业，熟悉估价理论和方法；
3、人际沟通能力强。
Job Requirements:
