1、拓展业务渠道,开发客户源,寻找具有发展潜力的合作伙伴;
2、提供优质的商业地产咨询服务,保持良好的客户关系;
3、定期调研并撰写写字楼市场报告、项目分析报告等;
4、代表租户与业主对租赁合同相关条款进行全面谈判,以达到租户利益的最大化。
Job Description:
1.Business and client development, search for the potential partner.
2.Provide the premium property consulting service and keep the good relationship with client.
3.Finish the office market report and project analyze report regularly.
4.Negotiate with proprietor on behalf of tenants for leasing contract in order to maximize the tenants' profit.
职位要求:
1、本科及以上学历,与房地产相关的专业更佳;
2、熟练的办公软件操作技能;
3、英文听说读写能力强,达到CET-6以上水平;
4、具备优秀的沟通协调能力、人际交往能力及谈判技巧;
5、良好的服务意识和服务热情、团队合作精神,能承受高强度工作压力。
Job Requirements:
1.University degree or above,majoring in relevant property will be a plus.
2.Proficient with computer skill.
3.Fluency in both written and spoken English, CET-6 or above is preferable.
4.Excellent communication skill, interpersonal skill and negotiation skill.
5.Service-oriented, team work, work in the high pressure.
