岗位职责:
 Deliver activities and projects within client expectations (e.g. time, quality)
按照客户期望开展项目及业务活动，及时达到客户的要求
 Carry out professional and valuation tasks in line with clients’ project requirements
按照客户项目要求进行专业的评估工作
 Contribute to meeting overall departmental fee target
达到部门的业绩目标

岗位要求:
 Degree-level qualification in real estate、or equivalent economics -related degree (likely but not compulsory)
本科及以上学历，房地产，经济学相关专业优先考虑
 Good commend of verbal and written skills in Chinese, take the initiatives for the tasks.
具有良好的中文书面和口头表达能力，积极主动按时完成工作任务，踏实肯学；
 can work under pressure
具备一定的抗压能力；
 Good at MS office
熟练掌握和运用MS办公软件；
 Diligence and hard working with good integrity
诚实守信，吃苦耐劳，人品端正；
