岗位职责
Use existing client database to generate further business opportunity.
利用现有客户数据库挖掘潜在业务机会
conduct day to day tasks to support the delivery of client assignments – e.g. prepare and process clents’ information
每日协助客户分配的任务,例如准备和处理客户资料等。
build relationship with new clients through co-call, event and etc.
通过电话拜访,活动等方式建立新的客户关系
support director or senior consultant by writing sections of reports and first drafts of reports or project plans
协助总监或高级顾问撰写第一稿项目计划书或部分项目方案
contribute as a member of client-facing project teams
作为面见客户团队的一员参与与客户的沟通
some direct client interface – e.g. to answer queries or provide advice on specific areas of a project
作为直接面对客户的窗口,列如回答项目相关问题并提供专业的咨询方案
岗位要求
Degree-level qualification in real estate、or equivalent economics -related degree (likely but not compulsory)
本科及以上学历,房地产,经济学相关专业优先考虑
Be willing to have business trip, can work under pressure
愿意接受异地出差,具备一定的抗压能力;
Ability to approach tasks with initiative, with a clear and efficient process, and a mind for creative problem solving
