1、Partner with assigned regional teams to support current business needs
2、Maintain the alignment of regional and global marketing calendar
3、Lead day to day relationship with agency to drive marketing strategies and communications
4、Create marketing materials (POP, store displays, videos, advertising, training videos and other assets) to support global business
5、Grounded in consumer insights and brand positioning
6、Support the Midea marketing group to creatively launch new products
7、Assist the assigned region marketing team to develop marketing strategies and plans to ensure the alignment of global strategy
8、Establish strong linkage with internal team to identify, understand and coordinate participation with R&D and implementation of marketing programs and activities .
