Qualification
1. 金融、投资、经济等相关专业;
Major: Finance, investment, economic or international trade;
2. 大学本科及其以上;
Bachelor degree or above;
3. 五年以上金融、信托、券商、基金、资管等领域从业经验,三年以上操盘工作经验;
Over 5 years working experience focused on finance, trust, securities trader, fund; together with independent trader experiences over 3 years.
4. 年龄35-45岁,有过实际操盘项目及相应工作经验;
Around 35-45 years old, have operated successful projects.
5. 熟悉国家金融政策，熟悉金融法规和监管政策，有较强的风险识别和控制能力;
Be familiar with the financial policy, knows related rules and laws well, can predict and control the potential risk well.
6. 熟练金融市场的运作规律和操作模式;具有一定的客户资源，擅长客户谈判、商务洽谈、适应能力强，能够迅速开展工作;
Be familiar with the rules of the financial market operation, with rich client resources, an expert on business negotiation, with strong adapt abilities and can start work as soon as possible.
7. 富有感染力和影响力，很强的组织能力和协调能力，很强的责任心和事业心，很强的带领团队的能力;

8. 具备出色的业务拓展能力，市场开拓能力;

9. 在投资、融资相关领域有独到的个人见解，对国内外投资银行与资本市场有深刻理解者优先。
People who has unique view of investment and financing, has deep understanding of the internal and external investment bank and the capital market will be highly preferred.
