PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1) Prepare monthly rolling forecast and annual budget for Variable and Fixed cost
2) Prepare bridges on variable and fixed cost comparison vs budget & vs prior year.
3) Prepare cost analysis presentation for management meeting
4) Find opportunities and risks for cost and coordinate with different functions to implement projects
5) Other ad-hoc tasks per management request
REQUIREMENTS
1) Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting and at least 2 years’ experience in cost accounting
2) Strong analytical and problem solving skills
3) Proficient in using office software and ERP system
4) Possessing good written & oral communication skills both in Chinese and English
5) Strong interpersonal skill and a team-player.
6) Self-motivator and self-starter
7) Ability to work in a fast paced environment
