Minimum Qualifications ：
The ideal candidate will have a M.S. or Ph.D. in Biology or related science and minimum of 5 years of experience in primary human and stem cell biology and assay development. Strong technical background in neuroscience and electrophysiology is preferred. Experience with iPS cell growth and differentiation particularly in feeder-free conditions is required; history with iPSC-derived cell-based assay systems is preferred. Excellent multi-tasking skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently are required. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a highly-collaborative team environment.

Essential Functions：
Identify and determine critical products needed in the fields of cell culture and stem cell biology.
Design and carry out experiments and tests leading to the development of new products suited for stem cell biology and cell culture, flow cytometry, and immunocytochemistry.
Independently lead CRO projects in stem cell groups, including project evaluation, experiment design and troubleshooting
Discuss findings with lab manager and provide recommendations for future experimentation.
Survey current literature to keep up with scientific findings and technical matters related to stem cells and developmental biology.
Assist lab director in training of sales and technical support groups.
Assist lab director with technical literature writing and proofing.
Represent the company at professional meetings both within and outside of the company.
Performs additional duties as assigned.
Ability to work occasional (and sometimes frequent) weekend hours
